Interesting. Rascal x Clouse is a proven cross. And again, Clouse might be a key here. In lots of dogs is more Clouse than they show, knowing where might be another key.
Very interesting story behind these dogs.
Would like to hear about the characteristics of those dogs @joker
Why do you like them ? Heard these dogs can really be hard keepers. Others used the Red Boy bred dog Hunter Red to their breeding program to slow them down a bit.
What's your experience ?

Thats cross has proven to be good Bulldogs, not your Texas one bite finisher.
They are:
*Not hard keeper; easy going, good with keeping weight during the winter and very QUIET...nothing like the SUNdance/pirate dogs, very loud.
*Good wrestling ability; start off on the head and go into the shoulder.
*People friendly and do not shy away from large crowds...very important if your traveling.
*Earlier starters that get better as they age...they start to dance smarter rather very intense.
*they have good bottom...
