Why would I care about anyones opinion here the only people I respect here is nfkennels and a woman who used to post here long before i did that was breeding and selling and working with zebo dogs for decades and she is long gone now. and im not associated with them but they are extremely brilliant and treat their dogs the way they should be treated unlike most people here.

I talked to Lonzo Pratt on the telephone nearly every week for around a year.. I got the feeling he liked me, he was always teasing me about how young I was or putting one of his girlfriends on the phone to educate me on dogs while he poured drinks or cooked dinner.. Apart from being a legend in dogs, Lonzo was nuts and I loved talking to him, but he told me straight out of his own mouth 'over and over again' Vindicator was a better dog than Zebo..

I talked with old Benny from Toxic Kennels who saw Zebo, Art, Kingfish, Candy and the rest.. I asked Benny which dog was his favourite out of Zebo, Art and Kingfish? Benny never hesitated, he told me Kingfish! I asked whether Dave Adams would have agreed with his assessment? and Benny assured me he would!

Years ago I read an interview with Don Devine and he mentioned having seen Zebo in one of his later shows, said the dog was no where near to what he'd expected after all the hype surrounding Zebo.. Mr Devine was respectful enough to allow for Zebo being a veteran who changed owners many times and he won anyway.

Whenever I talked to Lonzo and if I foolishly mentioned Zebo dogs, he'd always correct me by saying "They're Lonzo dogs, that's what you mean son.. Lonzo dogs!"
