Marty, and to all of you, keep fighting the good fight. When you stand up for truth, though it seems dark at times, if you do not quit, truth will win! Keep exposing these misguided people for who they are, and boycott anyone involved with them. I know that there are several celebrates who are involved w/PETA and the likes, don't spend any money towards them, and advise others of the same. You are doing a good thing here Marty. Before I got on here I had no idea of the kind of folks and their beliefs. Heck, I thought the HSUS was for proper care of animals!!! I live in the sticks, and dont get out much, and like it that way, so what you have done for me, and I have been around these dogs my whole life, is you have armed me with information and exposed hidden agendas to my eyes, and in turn, in the few years I have been posting here, there is no telling how many people I have been able enlighten. So I just want to encourage you, be strong man, there are more behind you than you will ever know. I realize that sometimes none of us see eye to eye, but when push comes to shove, I believe that we will gather together and overcome. Strength is in the numbers in this country still, and many people, including politicians and lawmakers have forgotten that. But the day will come, when not only our fraternaty, but all animal owners, farmers, cattlemen, and common sense bearing Americans will say enough is enough, and take back what is being stolen from us on a daily basis. The sad thing is this. Pain is the motivator. And it will always take pain to shake people out of their complacent lifestyle and stand up again. For example, look at what happened after 9/11. I only wish it would last!!
Anyway, my prayers, are with you. I do not have the knowledge to gather info on the internet like you, but wish I did. But I do have a voice, and a pretty loud one, and I pledge to you all that I will always rise to the challenge in defense of the constitutional rights that are being attacked now. It is our patriotic duty! Read the long version of the constitution. And I pledge my life when I was 17 in defense of that piece of paper, to all enemies, foreign and domestic!

Allie Renar is at it again. This time she is trying to dupe her game-dog buddies into donating for yet another loser's legal fees. She and Stephine have worked out an elaborate excuse of a crazy bitter neighbor trying to get Stephine evicted from her rental property. So after these "crazy inbred" neighbors (that makes me laugh too), make false police reports about Stephine, she loses her job, they vandalize her car, break into her house etc etc etc, Stephine is too afraid to stay there. So, what does she do? She moves out and LEAVES HER DOGS THERE! Stephine would come by "every other day" to feed and water her dogs only to find that the dog houses and their water bowls were moved out of the dogs' reach. Stephine Schweitzer, 36, of Tom Lafever Road in Silver Point, has been charged with cruelty to animals, a class A misdemeanor. She has a Jan. 2 court date and bond was set at $13,000.

Dogs were found with open wounds, broken jaw & broken legs and emaciated, living in their own excrement with no food, water or shelter. Animal control issued warnings in the past several months. YET poor little Stephine is the victim! She is being targeted by the eeeevil HSUS and animal control.
I am really surpriesd that Allie and Stephine didn't try to blame those crazy inbred neighbors for the dogs' injuries. Too late.

Dog Reported as a "Mixed-Breed"
UPDATE 01/20/09: A separate article reveals more information about the tragedy of Brianna Shanor. The young girl had been staying at the home of William Renda for only a few weeks prior to the fatal attack. This scenario frequently arises in fatal attacks: a new child brought into a household with dogs. The presence of danger is greatly amplified if the dog is a powerful breed (pit bull, pit bull-mix or rottweiler) and also chained.

The dog that killed Brianna is currently being reported as a "mixed-breed." DogsBite.org has documented two instances of recent fatal attacks when animal agencies have misleadingly reported a pit bull-mix dog as a "mixed-breed," presumably to hide the truth from the American public. A PetFinder.com search of the area in which Brianna was killed reveals zero adoptable dogs labeled as "mixed-breed."
In fact, Petfinder.com does not even have a category named "mixed-breed" in its database.
It seems the only time an animal agency identifies a dog as a "mixed-breed" is under the circumstances of a fatal pit bull-mix mauling. Animal agencies under contract with municipalities must be held accountable to report truthful breed information in the instances of fatal attacks. Chained dog data (about 20-25% of fatal attacks) and breed data (50%+ attributed to pit bull type dogs) is critical data that may save future lives.

01/20/09: 8-Year Old Killed by Dog in Hanover, PA
Hanover, PA - In a developing story, an 8-year-old girl died Monday night after she was killed by a dog. State police said Brianna Nicole Shanor was walking outside with her guardian, William John Renda, and left him to return home because she was cold. Mr. Renda later followed and noticed that a large dog he kept chained near his house didn't come to greet him.

Mr. Renda then checked the doghouse, where he found Brianna seriously wounded. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital. The dog was quarantined by a Pennsylvania dog officer in Lawrence County. State police and the Beaver County district attorney's office will investigate the death to determine if criminal charges are warranted.

Could you not see a guard dog bred to a APBT being a problem with the bred, the APBT has been bred for 100s of yrs to not be HA but if you add in a guard dog breed into the mix you have a dog that will guard his domain

Shorkies Labradoodles and Maltipoos? Ridiculously expensive mixed breeds. If it's not a pure American Pit Bull Terrier, Staff, or Amstaff why should it magically morph into one because you say so? Sure they are. When a dog is identified as a mixed breed, chances are it's because they don't know what it is. If they know it's a mix of pit bull, chances are that- guess what?- they say so. Seems like it's only your "wishful thinking". Protip: All dogs have teeth.

If you want a really good laugh go read the PETA "Save the Sea Kittens" campaign. I almost peed myself laughing.

The worst part about groups like dogsbite and PETA isn't that they are a bunch of Nazi's who want the entire country to live to their exact specifications (IE. mandatory veganism, adoptions and no "powerful" breeds allowed) but that they can't dig up any factual evidence to support their way of life as a better one.

They make up "facts" when real facts are out there which are exactly to the contrary of whatever position they are taking.

Well, you know what I think. . . I think that if you want to be a vegan, no pet having, no fur wearing citizen go right ahead. But, the second you start mandating your values to a country that does not share them you have become a problem.

I myself have a lot of personal values which would make most people think I'd support PETA or the HSUS. . . for example, I do not wear fur or leather and I havent eaten fish, pork or read meat in over 8 years. But, I am not into the my way or the highway philosophy. I beleive in America as it was intended to be- with freedom of choice intact. And I will fight for that freedom to choose what I eat, wear and what pets I own until the day I die.

I think dogsbite should do the math on that because I am young and just getting started. And, I have a lot of living left to do.
