stillwater still in business??

Ordered something a week or 2 ago. Got it in the mail in 4 days

 

I am currently looking into purchasing a single chain lead from him so I am wondering a bit about these reviews here.

 

Weird.

I called him on Tuesday. Left a message. He called back within 20 minutes. Called on Fri told him what I needed. Paypal'd the $ He called me on Sat to Verify the collars and double check on something. I ordered 30 collars.

 

I Am Glad to say over the 3 weeks I have Placed 3 different orders. first one was for 2 collars, recieved in 4 days
Second 1 was for an order of Hides, Recieved in 5 days
Third 1 was for 2 show collars and I got those in 4 days.
I called him to check on 1 thing and he answered right away....he has my business that is 4 sure

 

Never had a problem. Just ordered 4 collars and they arrived in less than a week. Everything was by email. Same quality and prices as 5+ years ago when I placed my first order.

 

Just got my order. Placed the order this weekend. Got my collars on Wed.

 

guess its different strokes for different folks because i placed an order almost 2 weeks ago... and still nothing... guess i have to get on the preferred customer list or something which suxx the products look great but wd has collars and i see a few more mbrs on here have hides so i guess i have to go that route.... going to cancel my payment with paypal shortly

 

I ordered a single collar from him and never had a problem.

 

the inconsistency is troubling for sure...I never had problems with products arriving on time, it's just that my emails and calls were never returned at all or on time (within first 3 days)...I understand shit comes up, but it seems a lot of people have same issues as I have experienced

 

bought collar's from stillwater few years back no issue's, good strong product great price will be buying again.

 

I placed an order. I got my collars on time (couple of days) but it took a while for the hardware. He explained what was going on and everything arrived when he was done. When I placed my order I emailed him and had an answer within half an hour with the total price.

 

Just placed an order with him and it was shipped out Saturday

 

yea its just very interesting... i called then placed the order and never recieved it... emailed from another email...received immediate response and items were shipped same day and should be here tomorrow!!! but im still going thru the dispute for the first order?!?!?!

 

Atwoods & Tractor Supply, Have had the collars made by Coastal and have lasted 6 generations of bulldogs so far and not showing too much wear. have only bought 6 more recently cause we got more dogs. Never had a problem.:cool:

 

How do you go about ordering multiple items from the site as one purchase? Also how do you specify the colors. I just don't have a great head for buying things online.

 

i always just call him,this way you can tell them exactly what you want and ask any questions about the product.
like alot of people already said its not a big company its just a man and he has good and bad busy and slow times.i think peoples good and bad experience's with him are totally random just happens to be the time you happen to order.i have ordered from him twice the first time no problem placed order and received in 3 days.second time it took almost 2 weeks!
he dose have quality products at good prices but he isn't the end all be all kennel supply.

 

Yeah I just made 3 separate orders for 2" collars figured he will just send random colors but meh I could careless.

 

After I Paypal I Email him the Specifics and He always responded in a timely matter to verify

 

Good company, good products, good prices, received products as ordered.
Will buy from them again.
But they are human, mistakes can be made. Important thing is, if they will make it right.

 

Always good experiences with Shane. I emailed him Tuesday evening about what I wanted. Wednesday morning I had a response with the total. I didn't order through the website since I was placing a 4 collar order, so I just PayPal'ed him the money and put the details in the comments box. He replied immediately (within 5 minutes) to the payment confirmation.
