Ok so email worked got back to me in 5 min

 

I placed an order and Shane called me Thursday afternoon and let me know it had been mailed out that day. Recieved it yesterday.

 

Set up my order through e-mail Friday, exchanged four or five e-mail in a 3 minute span, picked it up Sunday talked to him for a bit and learned some things good guy in my book

 

I actually inquired about information around 2007 and 2008 before I finally ordered my hardware. It was not a large amount, yet I still got a professional response. Hands down, great quality and adequate responses.

 

I had no problems with my order.

 

I ordered some cowhide end of January and haven't recieved it, I did email him but got no reply!!

Does anyone know his username on here ?

I ordered a working harness last week and got it in 4 days. Prompt service good quality.

 

I can vouch for him being a little off when it comes to cow hides. Took 1.5 months on one order. However, have never had a problem and always had prompt service when ordering collars.

 

Just ordered something last Sunday, it Shipped Monday. How can I find out more about the ones WarDog makes? Please let me know if there is a site or shoot me a message.

 

He doesn't have hide in stock all the time. Please don't imply you paid for the hide and waited that long to receive it if that isn't the case.

 

I don't understand the problems. I just ordered (1) collar and some hides, from him Saturday 3/26/11 "paid with paypal". Called Monday morning,he said he already shipped. I just received them today 3/31/11. I have always had good experiences with them. And I usually only order 1 or 2 things at a time. O' Briens is good stuff also, so is Wardogs/

 

I got a immediate response and my leash in 3 days great service for me.

 

I payed for it but never recieved it, I can understand it not being in stock but I have sent emails and pm's with no reply ??

 

I find that awfully hard to believe.

 

For what reasons would I lie ?

I asked for a refund as I got what I wanted elsewhere and I recieved my money back so I'm happy with that.

Sorry but I call bullshit.

You implied you're still waiting on the package to arrive saying "haven't received it". Now when you bullshit gets called all of a sudden you've got a refund. Shane is an honest man who would never screw anybody. If you pay for the stuff he sends it plain and simple. If he didn't have it in stock he would have contacted you and told you so. Sorry but I've been dealing with the man for too long to buy this load of horse shit double talk story.

 

Listen.. I ordered it, never recieved anything, never recieved an email back or a pm after I pm'd him on here so I got my money back through paypal. He refunded my money...simple. No need to get mad. If I had recieved an response telling me there would be a delay I would have happily waited, but as I didn't I asked for a refund.

I never said he screwed me over once, just that there had been no replies to me as to what was going on.

Your the one spouting bullshit, I have never implied he was a dishonest man..I don't know him from adam.

 

I received my order within 6 days. Who can honestly ship that quick ??
I ordered the walking harness, the leather one, and it is a very nice looking one. I am very happy with the quality and prompt shipping. all around good experience - first time buyer.
