well......what you all think is best for trying to get your dog fit??......im hoping most will know the benefits of all three....and the difference concerning the type of meats used.....beef/chicken etc....

  2. never used fully cooked meet befeore.just for the fact that i think that it will cook some of the goodness outa it av never looked it up so could be wrong.boiled beef is good aswell especialy in the colder times its a fine warm meal for the dog plus you can let em drink it when its cooled down then anything good thats came outa the meat when boiling its geting in fluids when out and about.i just feed em it raw.a wouldnt feed em raw chicken like just something dodgy bout chicken unless its cooked.never fed em it through a condition like so cant coment on it condition wise.thats my thoughts on it.some people might be able to alaborate more on the subject though.the meat that i use is roe deer some of the insides like heart n that to the rest of it exept its fur heed n feet lol

raw is always better...even chicken....i feed mostly chicken backs/necks....some red meats when they are available...the vegetable portion of the meal is huge also...i use most anything green and leafy...spinach/kale/turnip greens/etc..etc...i add some regular old lard as another fat source a couple times a week...
this same feed will carry a dog thru an intense conditioning period...the amounts will have to be adjusted ...but the ingredients remain the same...US1

    maybe this?
Kale - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

never heard of it till now. go raw, no need to cook it. boil or blend up the vegetables

  6. No need to cook it unless you are squeamish about feeding raw meat. You can cook it if you want, but I personally think raw would be better.

EDIT - Funny you guys have never heard of Kale, we have always grown it. It is just a dark leafy green veggie. You have never had kale soup Naus? Good stuff right there. The stuff is like a staple where I am from, very common Portuguese dish.
