Around here its illegal to sell, transport,POSSES,or train a dog for the purpose of fighting.So hypothetically they could still get ya.

The feds are even having agents match dogs so they can gain trust and then busting people. Its happened a lot more than you think. Dont sell to anyone, no matter what youve seen them do. Thats the smart way to go. And matching dogs is a thing of the past. Time to let that one go. Its over.

The only way to go today is like the old days, in order to enter a circle you had to be vouched for by a long standing member od said circle. And even then you had to earn the right to be let in the inner circle which could have taken years.

It's no secret that I hate dogfighting; that being said, this reeks of entrapment. If Feds have real evidence, then fine - guilty. If you have to manufacture evidence, then it's doubtful that the man was doing anything wrong.

 

Doesn't matter to them if this guy did anything. Hes not who they are after. They are after his dogs. Bust him, kill his dogs, use the whole episode to get the fur mommies and those who don't know their ass from a hole in the ground to donate big bucks. Its all about making money.
HSUS makes more money off of these dogs than any dogman ever did.

 

I think with a good lawyer this should be easy to beat!..that's entrapment all day!!

 

I think it's pretty easy to see that the government isn't looking for convictions, they are looking to wipe out the game lines. :rolleyes:
They ( the government), for the last couple of years have went after all the large scale, very well known kennels, it will eventually trickle down to the hobby breeders in due time. Their intrests don't seem to be getting convictions to stick, they want to kill your dog plain and simple.

Close your circles and shut your mouths and hope they don't come knocking on your door, and if they do, you better worry more about having your ducks in a row or you WILL be going to jail.

Entrapment or not, unless you got booku denaro, your lawyer isn't going to do much agince their lawyers. They have unlimited funds and will most likely, you'll get bled out in court finacially.......

Anyone got a update on anyone in the last 5 years who has got pinched getting money for their loss of their yards? I haven't heard of one person getting one cent back.....

 

I agree the feds just busted & took every dog a 70 year old man had over croppin a few ears for money over heresay & yes the old days are long gone ! It sucks but now its just a thing of the past !
