GA: Charges Dismissed Against Randall Thaxton

well Joe just found out that two weeks ago a lady was arrested in cherokee county for having too many cats well now it has come out that the cats belong to the cherokee county animal control they were useing her to drop off stray cats and she was arrested and fined BUT NOW dept of ag. is suing cherokee county animal control for 26,5000.00 just more crap out of cherokee county..

 

Wow. shady business in Cherokee county.

 

I used to live in cherokee county and I moved to bartow. Cherokee county sucks and so does cobb and paulding.

 

you got that straight..Well you do know that they took Mr.Hurleys dogs in Bartow county but Joe went to court with him about 3 weeks ago and mr Hurley got his dogs back and bartow county is very UPSET with chuck simmons...he isnt allowed back there!!!!!:mad:

Yea I heard about that. A good friend of mine had chuck simmons on his property earlier in the year in bartow but he couldn't find any thing wrong. I have heard some shady things about chuck simmons in the past. He used to be the city of marietta police chief and If i am not mistaken there were some shady dealings going on with that. I hate that he has the same last name as me. NO RELATION BY THE WAY!

 

Gary Moss the DA of cherokee county tryed to bring back charges on Randall thaxton he had to be back in court last Friday and joe woodall went with him and the Judge Mills throwed it out of court again maybe this will be the last time that Randall has to dill with this stuff and move on with his life
