cart and rail parts

    hi all im in the uk i love doing weight pull with my dogs but all the clubs i go to have s..t carts for weight pulling thay use tyers on the cart and no rail wich is ok for the small dogs but when it gets some weight on it 900kg/1000kg the tyers go flat. ITS TIME TO MAKE ONE its hard to get parts over here has any one got blue prints to make one and where i can get parts from .

    theres plenty of trailers for sale.then just modify it.or get a mechanic or someone to sort it.

    thanks what i need to no is what sort of wheels you use in the usa are thay steel do thay just sit on top of the rail or have the wheels got a grove that the rail sits in
