How do your dogs act? How does your dogs personalities differ from one another?

    I'll start with Juno.

My Juno dog is a very stoic dog. Juno from 8 weeks up untill 18 months hasn't changed much mentally. He has always been very smart, bold, confident, a talker, and took to house training like no other dog I've ever owned or known. He only used the bathroom inside the house one time ever (due to food change), he was pissed at me too. Lol! Juno doesn't find fear often or I should say he hasn't found it yet. Comfortable in every situation I've seen him in, and whats very impressive is he can differentiate a situation like a person. With people Juno will ignore you if we are on a walk or working, but would be your best friend if you were in his house. Loves to smoke medical marijuana for a dewclaw removal procedure gone bad. LOL! I've never fed this hound table food out of my plate, but he knows how to beg like the best of em. He likes to hump white women, I have no clue as to why either, its kinda funny though. If I let him sleep with me, he will put his head on my pillow with me and just bogard the whole thing If I let him. He is a really good dog to me and I would buy a whole litter of pups if his breeding was ever made again. As of now, Juno is the only dog left out of that litter, needless to say, he is being treated like it to.

All dogs have personalities but they usually act on instinct in situations. I guess I will use my dog as an example (lol): She is fearful when it comes to random objects but won't think twice when it comes to killing another animal.
Bowser on the other hand copies her ever move expect when she is fearful, he doesn't understand that so he just acts on his own which is friendly. Its a good thing about dogs, they CAN think lol.
Anyways, sounds like you have a nice dog on your hands :)

  3. I own a Sire (7yrs)/Dam(5yrs) with their 3 litters mate kids (2yrs) and tho they do have very similar "family" things they do, they each have very unique personalities and there is some specific trait for each of them. I also Own a Half sister to the Dam and she also shares some of her sister and the pups traits as well as her own. I own another dog completely unrelated who acts nothing like them.

Onyx- solid attitude, no fear of anything! Not affectionate at all, but loves to be next to me all day. Extremely dominant.
Topaz- needs to be sedated just to get to her to sleep. Hyper all day and night, but fearful of new faces. Loves to work though, lives for the work.
OJ- big ass puppy, with unlimited ability with no direction on how to use it. Loves to be with the family, and could care less about working out. No fear attitude, and extremely dominant.
Supay- still a very happy out going puppy with a no fear attitude.
Homegirl- just loves to be loved and loves all people. Best temperament towards people I have ever seen. But also as cold as ice at 4+ yrs of age.

Gracie is just a total goober, stroppy little tart that thinks her own shit don't stink. Grace doesnt like males tha much

    Yardboy CH Dog

Daisy has a sweet disposition. She looks sad most of the time and all she wants to do us crawl up in your lap and go to sleep. She's very gentle with small children.

Lyla is hell on 4 legs all the time. If she ain't chewing on a tree or digging a trench she's barking at the squirrels and trying to get loose.

Sugar and shadow are similar in they are typical high energy puppies who like to play together but then it doesn't take very long for things to get out of hand. Sugar is a little skittish to loud noises though. And shadow will wrap his front legs around yours and try to hold you when you try to get out of his kennel. :)

Fatty's fine with other dogs as long as they are at A distance.
When they get close she locks her eyes on them and her whole
    stance changes.

    supertank Big Dog

Tank is anybodys whos going somewhere. He is dog obsessed, smart to the point I think he is just taking the piss. He knows what he wants and is the most persistent little buggar. He has taken it upon himself to be the family peace keeper the kids aren't allowed to get physical with each other and the cats aren't allowed to fight, he barges himself between the fighting parties. We have had him for nearly a year now and shows me something new every day. Yesterday we were passed by a police car and he started howling it was the cutest thing I have seen. I could go on ....etc....

Marvin's has got alot of energy. He's almost 7 months, and he loves to snap trees out in the woods. He chews on them like a woodchuck spitting out the shreds. He howls like a mad dog when it time to leeve the trees alone. He's got a good nose and can tell when anything comes within 100 feet of us.He also will stop in mid walk to observe any bird, plane or hellicopter in the sky while following it with his head till it passes. He thinks he owns the road on walks and will stare down cars and trucks:D.I know he would chase them too.He likes to stare at barking dogs. He's freindly with the cats unless they walk by any food that he thinks is his.If he hears a childs voice on TV or in anywhere his whole demeanor changes...he kind of relaxes, loves little kids.He puts his whole body into every game we play, and is the first dog where I usually get hurt while playing fetch:DI can tell you how many times this pup has whacked his hard skull against my f'n nose:)Great dog!I hope I have alot of years with the guy.

I got Jimbo a little after his second birthday. Jimbo was a skitzo by nature; it took him about a week to come up to me so I could touch him. Jimbo is one of the most courageous dogs I've seen, and sometimes that courageousness can be taken as stupidity. I say that because Jimbo is few tablets short of a full medicine cabinet, risking life and limb to get to anything non human with serious intentions. He has barked about four times since I had him and at first I didn't recognize his bark and thought I had a acquired a new dog. Jimbo vocalizes himself with this high pitch scream also known as the "rebel yell". Jimbo has done a complete 180 since I've picked him up, from not trusting me at all, to letting me give him rub downs after work and even play mouthing me. To me, play mouthing in dogs is the one of the highest signs of affection a dog can show. Although Jimbo show countless amounts of affection to me, he does not respond to strangers well at all. He is not spooked around strangers, just doesn't trust people that much. He cries in the car sometimes (he hates turning corners). I truly believe that this dog would die before he quit working for me. Can be worked on any piece of equipment, he really loves to work. If he understood English and you told him he wasn’t a big dog, I think he would bite you out of anger. Jimbo is 41bs fat and has reflexes and mannerisms as a cat. One of the most self cleaning dogs I’ve ever seen. At one time I almost sold Jimbo, however, needless to say, I’m glad I didn’t and can’t wait till this summer when he will be bred to an awesome bitch.
    Jimbo @ 36lbs!
