If you were to move out of the US, where would you go?

With BSL, gun rights (or lack of), etc., where would be the one (or two) places you would move to if leaving the red, white and blue?

If you are happy with where you live (you have APBTs' and are not in the US), where do you live?

dont let BSL turn you off, we have good dogs but we dont advertise it in our neighbourhood and have no problem. My older bro got his green card and has just moved from Seattle to NY and loves the US. He says its just like being home.

I would live in us or aussie over any other place hands down even with bsl

I'm in western Canada (Greater Vancouver area) and it's pretty good here on the BSL front. Alot of cities are dropping their long standing BSL like Delta, Vancouver and Surrey, although Richmond refused to even look at the concept of removing theirs. There is an active anti BSL movement here that have been addressing the issue which is why we are moving forward on this front. There is a very active AR movement here as well which sucks, so some cities do have anti tethering laws but on the whole.... it's pretty good here, and of course... you can't beat the weather! :)

sure its hard being a owner of this breed today but life is about more then dogs to me. And there is no place in the world Im afforded the opportunity's of the good ol usa. Quality of life, best schools to send my kids and a chance to provide a nice life for my family is first and foremost. After that comes dogs. Not a perfect place with all this government intrusion stuff getting out of hand but still the best place imo

  19. I grew up the child of a diplomat and have lived outside the US for most of my life. Lived in England, Belgium, Switzerland, Japan, Thailand, Phillippines and one year in Monrovia, Africa. Believe me, you don't want to be a permant resident of anywhere but the good old USA unless you've got lots of $$$$. It's not perfect here but it is one hell of a lot better than anywhere else.

Intersting fact: People in some other countries, like England, believe they have more personal freedoms and less government interference in their lives than Americans. I've had Englishman welcome me to the land of the "truely free" when visiting. I don't believe it.....but they do.

Hei, come to Greece. It is Europe, it is a western country, no BSL and all the bs, balkan area, no way they will ever vote for BSL and even if they do nobody will enforce it, 4S (sea, sun, sund and sex), what else do you need?:)
