Greenwood Dogs

Anyone have them.If so how are they.Thanks for your info.

 

I am pretty sure his family is pretty well established in the ADBA. I do not know of anyone that has any, but they are some top notch dogs for sure. Whats been going on Big D? How are things going with your dogs?

 

Everthing is going great.The reason I am asking about the Greenwood dogs is I found a well bred bitch I can buy and u don't hear much about them.We had 1 after Ralph died his family send us one.Thanks for your input.

 

yea i asking the same question a few months back... when i was coming up that oakie dog was big in my area for some reason or another...greenwood in general but i asked and didnt get not a one response as to anybody running it... may be keeping it for themselves

 

You don't see these dogs online much if at all.It could be that people are keeping them for thier selfs.At any rate if I can buy the bitch I will and take a chance on her.I was just hoping some one on here had some experance of these dogs.

 

Very strong thick body dogs with heavy mouth.. They are behind alot of foundations, they mix with anything.. Never seen any that were super athletic or fast but they were quick enough an just brought raw strength and bite..

I'd like to find a decent heavy greenwoods male here in Oz. I've 1 old bitch left with a fair bit in her, possibly the best bitch I've bred. Don't know if her ped is online as I don't post peds there. Others have posted peds of my dogs behind their own. My old bitch appears somewhat scatterbred, she's 5th gem from my 1st dog (21 years in the making) and is battle cross bred to battle cross all the way. She has seen 6 in a row a couple of times over her 8 years. Reid, jeep/redboy greenwoods mix.

Oakie was one of their better dogs and could have done more, you would find him in my pup's pedigree several times, just farther back in the pedigree. I would be suspect if someone had it any closer than the 5th or 6th generation. I know that they were using the Nike dog 5 - 7 years ago, and not sure how he produced. I would assume that most people like the jimmy boots dog, but to my knowledge, he wasnt bred to alot of bitches, so to find a line bred dog off him may be difficult. And a's, keep that on the down low...
