Pit Bull or bully mix?!

We rescued Titan from the pound about a week ago, they said he was pit, but we are doubting it. He is 3-4 months old. We think he may have some pit in him, maybe some mastiff, cane corso, sher pei? Any ideas? Thanks!

 

Impossible to tell unless you wanted to send out for one of those cheap DNA test. A friend of mine did that w her mystery mutt and got a breakdown of breeds involved.
IF I had to guess - a pit mixed with lab and something else, maybe cane or mastiff. He will change a lot in looks over the next year. Looks like a cool dog, good luck with him.

 

You will never know without a pedigree. DNA tests in my opinion and completely faulty. Just call it a mix, take care of it and train it because even if it looks a little bit like a "pit bull" type dog it will be a role model for all of them. He is handsome and you did a good thing.

 

Those DNA tests do not work correctly and are complete bullshit there is a video on youtube of someone testing it and it told her her dog was part border collie

DNA test are BS i have a tested my dog Rambo because i always heard they come back as mixed breed... its the truth il try and post the papers

definately pit in him but who knows what else just call him a pit mix and love him haha i like the looks of him
