wheres all the pits in ireland and the uk

Just wanting to know where are good kennels in the uk and ireland or if you can help out looking to import to nz want from these countrys as they are rabies free and quarintine isnt long. If i were to get from the us have to wait 6 month after rabies test etc to me puppy will be to old

Do you know if NZ has any plans to change it's quarantine laws ? The uk laws are changing from the 1st jan 2012, i'm just curious to know if other country's are updating their laws ?
