Dogs from the past

Hey.

Just fell across some nice article featuring some of dogs from back then.
I was especially stunned by the elder Greate Danes and French Mastiff's(DDB) - they look amazing.
On purpose i didn't add any old apbt pics as these pics already floods the forum
I've tried to naming the pictures so that the pictures name, matches:
Year of pic taken
Breed
Name of shown dog

A shame akc has ruined all them breeds, wouldn't feed any of them, too many health issues. But thanks for the pictures, always neat to see older pictures of breeds.

 

those old bullterriers are such good lookin dawgs but i agree completely with AGK.

 

shure have changed over the years.... pity you did not put up the modern version of each breed and all could see how wrong the breeders gone with each of the above breeds

 

Which is exactly where the APBT is heading

 

Seems like the Mastifs are the only breed that has not changed much at all.

That 1938 year boxer is a good looking dog.
