I know this is a fairly new product and sold at vets. Anybody have any info on it? I know there's some pretty knowledgeable folks on here so I'm sure I'll get good info...Thanks!

Great product. I use it for my dogs. I love the combination. It takes care of heartworms, and is the best product I have used so far for flea control. A little costly, however, if you have multiple pets.

I have never had a problem with it.

my dog didn't like it, he wouldn't eat it so I had to break it up and shove it down his throat. I didn't like dealing with it so I went back to heartguard (no flea issues here, but I give him a flea bath once a month just to make sure he doesn't get one or two)

I thankfully have never had any issues using it and i've used it on multiple dogs. I have heard some reports of dogs experiencing seizures from it, but since i've never had issues and my dog handles it well i continue treating with it.

lol Some have to find out themselves. I only used it about twice and am glad I didn't use it anymore.

When I fed it I had to grind it up and mix it with the feed with some broth. It works but its expensive and prescription only.

Keep taking the risk if you want to LOL but I wouldn't.

If I hear rumors that a group of people died from drinking bleach, you think I'm going to try for myself to see if it's true?? LOL....NOT.

Keep shoveling your dog Trifexis pills all you want to.

I was using it for awhile never had a problem. Tree what do you use for fleas and worms?

  13. Dogs die while taking frontline and Advantix too. Shit happens. If you choose to not give Trifexis after you've done ample research beyond what the fear-mongering media tells you to think, feel free to choose something else. But the science says there's nothing linking Trifexis directly to the deaths except that the dogs happened to be taking it when they died/got sick.

From a recent post on another bulldog site about trifexis

"I had 3 untouched dogs go down after using triflexis.. Never again"

I guess it isn't just "fear mongering media" after all, huh?

If one is comfortable with it, fine. I won't argue with the logic. But the fact is, also, that many, many other options are there until there is something proven about trifexis one way or another, and many of those options work very well. That's my logic.

Yes, TDK, I'm not taking the report to the bank and cashing it in. It's just enough to me to not want to use it. Same with food recall scares, I'd act the same way. On the side of caution.

Idiots probably trying to disinfect questionable water source. Some people just cannot follow simple rules :
