    When is it too late to crop a dog's ears?

    you can crop a dogs ears from 4 months of age onwards.

    No vet here will do it beyond 6 months of age. They wont stand right when done typically to older dogs.

    Battle cropping is a different story since 90% of the ear is lopped off. No vets here will do that kind of a crop.
     
  5. I have cropped many pups and dogs. It doesn't matter! If your going to cut a grown dog you need to make a bracket! and you will need to call over a friend to help you hold. Good luck whit

    Where i get the few i get he wont do it when them veins get to big .around 8 -12 weeks.best to do at the. Vet old man been doing it forever poor pups.

    I think it's best to do them sooner rather than later. Not had any of mine done though.
