Thoughts on Rottweilers?

    I used to own a few. Very good family dogs and deterrents. I had a grandson off of the famous Oil Tanker dog. I too used to do Schutzhund and personal protection work with mine. They do shed non-stop 365 days a year, so if you keep them inside be prepared to vacuum and sweep a couple times a day.

    As far as them beating a bulldog in a fight...not a fucking chance! Thus the reason why I don't have them anymore. They are NOT fighting dogs. Built differently. Their skin is very soft compared to a bulldog. They open up very easily. I had a few accidents and my rotties would get torn up with big holes in them. I even had a friend's Boxer year one of my males up once. Just a different type of breed. I think they make great deterrents however and they will take a man down if needed!
