If your going to quote me get it right I said 99% are shite talkers and do nothing to add to the existence of game dogs. I stand by that comment as 99% of this site do not work there dogs. There either long retired and talk about things 30-40 years ago or they have never worked there dogs and own a couple of pets. 99% of animals on this site have not been tested nor proved game

 

That’s no offence to anyone either people can do what they like with there own dogs but the majority or sporting dogs at the most not game dogs

Without seeing 100% of everyone on here's animals you can't say 99% of anything is anything. It's a cute assumption but that's all it is an assumption

 

Which brings up another interesting point.. if you're the only one with a "proven game dog" why attempt to stud him out to a bunch of pet owners? Seems that would negatively impact your production record.

 

If the old folks here and the old stories bother you then this is probably the wrong board for you.

 

Probably a fair assumption as the percentage of true game dogs out of all the breed will be less than 1% this site won’t be much difference. If your in the 1% not sure why you would care anyway is what it is. An for the reckon I’m not calling people either way do what you want with your dogs but don’t discredit the actual true bulldogs which are few and far between when look at through the full population of pitbulls by calling the dogs gamedogs or bulldogs because that take away from the men and the dogs who have created as such

On the back off that not every dog I have or have bred has been game not by a long stretch. You strive for the best but these are animals at the end of the day. But unless you test and test hard you wouldn’t know what you have either way that’s my point with 99% of this forum and ultimately shouldn’t be on this site going of it’s name

Well if you're active in anyway you should already be around like minded individuals with access to their stock. I don't know many folks who have to look outside their own circle to find what they want. Goes for bulldogs, show dogs, pull dogs, pets etc.

If it's not in the backyard shouldn't be more than a phone call away unless you're just not in the lifestyle being portrayed online. Which is more common than not.

In this country terriers and gamedogs have been long intertwined with men taking part in both past times.
