I am just starting my 2 year old female on the spring pole, how offten should we do it? and for how long each time? We have been doing it 20-30 min daily for about the last 3 days.

She was a pro her first time took to it very well it is low enough for her back legs to still be on the ground after she jumps up and grabs her rope. Is this to high up or to low?

Here is a bit of info about her....
right about 2 years 43lbs a lil over weight 5-7 lbs started her on a high pro diet to help build muscle. eats 2 1/2 cup a food a day.

I would take any and all tip you can offer as i want to give her the best work out that is right for her.

Thank for your help and exp.
    Heather

your springpole set is good in my eyes. do you keep her on a chain set-up? i know it probably still cold where you at. but cut her feed to about 24 oz of food. and you should see the result

chain-set up? do you mean do i keep her on a chain when she outside or while on her spring pole??

when she is outside shes in a kennel but when we spring pole i put her on a light chain about 20-25 ft long the whole chain might weigh 5-7lb at the most it a chain chain not one of the hartz junk one i bought it at the hardware store.

I agree with starlet and also you dont want to get him to bulky on his muscles your gonna want them lean and cut. I do mine jus once a week for 30min. session
