thats a really good looking mill. did you make the slats yourself or are they purchased ready made?

what is your frame built from? would you be able to attach some more pics if you have some on hand?

    thanks in advance

also if you dont mind sharing what did you paint the slats with? and what belt are you using and what end wheels?

just in case if mine has any issues i can replace any parts with proven working ones as mine is guess work from what i have seen...

thanks again for any help, i appreciate it

If the bulk skate wheels cost too much to ship look for a conveyor company in your area and ask for Flow rails they look like this http://tinyurl.com/ybrmdu8 the bearingsare built in and they are fast probably be a little loud , but good luck

hey aus, how much do you project this to cost you? and when your done can you throw up pics (or anyone else) of underneath and so on... where did you get the 180mm wheels and how much did they cost? also how are you connecting the rubber to make it a complete circle???

Hard to tell total cost as im still buying things to complete it but at the moment i think it will end up costing me about $500-$600 completed with estimated approx 20 hours labour to put it all together.

If your a tradesmen you could probably do it for less $$$ and in less time too. I have to pay full price for materials cos im general public so i dont get the trade discount

ill take some pics once its all done, my concept is very simple and minimal so should be easy to recreate but time consuming.

    Best of luck

I also create a treadmill that can adjust the steepest. To increase concentration in the exercise of dogs.
In a constant way to build your treadmill.

You can create a treadmill that works great I will recommend.
This video clip is a treadmill dog Sandy to run 2 systems.
Both the dogs that run themselves and c, control the motor speed. The motor that enter. Add page to control the wheel drive.

Thanks dude i only recently thought about that...

the wheels are being left as show in the picture, due to the size each slat ea one will get almost 2 wheels under ea side.
Im also going to use 4 guide wheels mounted on the side to keep the slats turning straight.

going to make the frame today so hope to have some pics up by tonight for you guys....

ive changed the design again and ive done something that has never been done b4.... :D

looks like you gonna have to make the mill kinda wide . How easy turning are those rollers is it two bearing per wheel ? Would you mind putting up a sketch or the design

they roll very easily, they are plastic and have no bearings which i was sceptical about but they roll real smooth and easy with abit of noise so i brought them. but i think they should do the trick, if they dont i will pull them off and have them replaced, its all trial and error

Huge project mate, I can understand why most here just get them sent from the phillipines and make a couple adjustments ,or just get them bicycle wheel ones, you know about them? ;) .

Good luck with it bud. You'll get a huge amount of satisfaction when you make your own.

thanks, was going to import one of the ones your talking about but i thought why not give it crack and see for myself how they come together....

The phillipines deal is great but the maker has a bad rep for being abit shifty so wont risk my money cos i work hard for it

    cheers
