Sparpit....

I am searching for some dogs with the Sparpit blood lines.
I have heard that they are pretty tall dogs and more fit in body than the ordinary Stafford.
What history do these indeviduls have and how can I get in touch with a breeder from this line of dogs.

    Thanks for the tips.
I heard of this Sparpit pathfinder, he has as said great results of some kind of mentality test.
Isn´t Fiery Jacks Pet allso known for some reason?

people who knew about this dog some of his offspring and present descendants could tell you that he earned his name

meant to say they would tell you he was a dog worth feeding

  8. So do you think that the Sparpit line are good indeviduels?

  9. I know Sparpit Pathfinder and have seen his strong personality.....hes a good dog I must say....very strong forward Logan.

    Thanks willy wuss.
Do you know if has any pups due soon because I heard he did well under a mentality test. He even did better than some dogs as Rottweillers and some Malonois.

in all lines they are good, bad and not worth talking about. I like some of the old sparpit staffords, that's why i have them in my dogs, personal preference and they've proved me they like to hunt.

  12. I totally agree with you...but when it comes to Sparpit Pathfinder aka Charlie I must say that what meets the eye when it comes to this indeviduel then he is a very nice piece of bulldog....strongheaded and fearless (SBT).
He has reicently had an accedent and will no longer be able to be mated naturaly.
But he has a pretty large son that is also a very nice indeviduel that I will be using in the future for my self.
I tend not to use dogs because of their pedigree but I am more to look at the indeviduell per see.
Sometimes it is fun to breed pedigree wise but thats more for historical interests and thrills and to make the whole thing exotic in some kind of way...(my own opinion).

  13. As you probably know by now 12 gauge I have a bit of dublin red/midlands dogs myself.....as debated in a other thread (sorry about that).
But I allso have some other dogs from True blood indeviduells as well.
Also I have and am testing the nowdays Sparpit (Ballstaff) lines as well.
In some way I am searching for an own combination of indeviduels to make my own brand instead of having and maintaining bloodlines that someone else has made just because everybody knows it.
I think that Logan should look for a good indeviduel in the choice of bloodline of course, but as a breeder it´s a bit more complicated for my own choices.
Hope you find a nice SBT Logan and try not to be to strung up on blood lines.
Give Ballstaff a call m8, he´s a nice hounest guy.

Just to clearify. You can't really compare breeds like that, And it's hard to say that a dog did good or bad in a temperment test, as it's down to personal preferences and breed specifics, atleast to a degree.
