Transporter loses future ch

If a transporter loses a dog in transport they are responsible for reparations to the owner of that dog. Yes or No?

depends on what the contract says. i'd be pissed though

 

pissed aint the word - she should have to pay something - how did she lose it - dog ran away, given to the wrong person, or misplaced at her place - It all depends on the circumstances will reflect on my mood - how is she trying to make good on her error

 

the law will say she has to pay in court . she took responsibility for the animal when transporting .

 

she not trying to make good she keeps on talking about her bite but no one wants to hear that $*%# she needs to pay for the dog or complete the job she was hired to do!!!! I am so pissed words can`t describe to say the least.

 

you are right therefore she should be more willing to take responsibility for her negligence.

 

pay what amount? owner should be compensated, but who's to say how much? handshakes aren't as good as paper when it comes to these things.

I think she should pay watever the dog is worth!...this is common sense, if u transport my animal then u are responsible for the animal until it reaches it's destination!!..flat out, period!!!
