Any bulldog shouldn't be breaking 35lbs at 9 months, well at least mine my females should break 40, and any males should break 50 but far as patterdale bulldog cross, shouldn't break 25 at the highest weight and anything over that is worthless because size is to much. This dog here is worth weight in gold for far as patterdales, hunting bulldogs or any small game taking dog. Hell he will pursue a dear if given the chance LOL or even a bull that is weighing in over 700lbs. Around 20lbs

He's adorable! Looks like a very nice dog.
Too bad none of my mutts will ever get the chance to try hunting!

it is a blast, doesn't matter if you are in the middle of the city or out in the country, there is something to pursue. I live in the country and tomorrow night I am heading to the middle of major metropolitian city to purse rabbits. The population is pretty low out here due to the over population of coyotes but we are trying out best to emlimate them : ) with dogs again. I promise you once hunting gets in your blood and those dogs blood, it will drive you crazy!

    It definitely sounds fun! :)
Unfortunately it's actually not legal here (from what I know) to actually hunt with dogs. :( You can use them for tracking, flushing and retrieving certain animals in certain areas during a certain time of year, but the restrictions are very tight. I'm going to do more research on doing "critter control" on private property though, hopefully they aren't as strict on that...

Who has the tailgate shots? Lets see these working dogs trophies, no action pics of course, but the tailgate pic of your crosses and the game they are putting on the tailgate.

That never promotes the dogs in a positive light. I thought it was ok till I met a bunch of real hunters and that is saved for hunters only not public forums.

My Patterdale Terrier stud has produced 4 litters, 2 with Patterdale Terriers, 1 with a mixed bred boar hunting female and 1 with an APBT female. The Patterdale X APBT cross is too young for work, but shows good signs. The others work very well. They are fast, strong and healthy. Nothing wrong with them.

    Thanx,
I am not sure about my future breedings.
Maybe I will know it in 2013.
This year I will only test some dogs, but don't breed them.
