Again ignore his color if you dont like it please :)

This is the end of week one of his feet toughening walks, we have been doing 30-60minute slow walks to get his pads ready for more exercise, probably on average 5-9 laps around my complex, just a little exercise right now. I might keep going one more week of slower walks before I really amp it up so dont do to much and make his feet sore.
He is a special dog and has the softest feet I have ever seen, and if you have seen on PBC he had a really deep pad cut and is just now getting over that, here in case you wanna see it http://www.pitbull-chat.com/showthread.php?97325-Bear-cut-his-foot

I want to see if I can get his pads ready without adding Mushers or anything to it, so far so good, no redness or cracks so we should be set! My goal is to get him nice and fit, more muscle and more stamina so when I order his WP harness he wont have to work up super slow on it, and plus its going to be a great bonding time for us, and great for our bodies. It will be nothing but hand walking and running on the road, tug, fetch, sprints, flirt pole and anything else I can do with him. I dont have any spring pole set up yet due to no yard.
I figure he is a damn fine looking blue dog and he can show people what a blue dog should look like and him and I getting fit and able to run 1hr 30minutes straight would be a great thing for us both. Okay I rambled a little so I will shut up now and post some pictures! :o

He is soooo enthused about pictures!

Thank you for looking, I hope to keep adding a picture or two weekly so I can keep track of his progress, he should do very well and get nice lean muscle on him, I am really wanting to get a lat muscle to pop nice on him *I love a dog that shows one!*

Sorry for typing so much :o

He will be at 3 miles monday, gonna start forcing myself to run also. He did 2 miles today and was ready for more, did some serious zoomies when I let him loose in the house, I am just making sure I dont hurt his feet, he has the softest feet of any dog I have ever had.

We do street walking and sidewalk with crushed rocks and so far his pads are holding up! Kind of chalky looking and the scabbed over area on his pad that was cut is all white now lol from rubbing on the ground.

Oh and he finally fucking lifted his leg to pee LOL I dont know why but yea that was a milestone today :p

    One from today
    [IMG]

He was so not even tired lol
    [IMG]

I am having so much fun with this, he is ready to keep going further and faster which is pushing me as well, its really fun.

chest looks extremely weak. forearms look severely fragile/weak. i've never seen a dog that skinny have that little muscle. maybe if you took off that prong collar he could pull you and get that lat you've been dreaming of. a bone once a week would make those jaws develop. you keep hopping in on me calling me euro so i am going to tell you the truth. you posted the pics so i'm sure you wanted to hear it.

Lol he is weak? Look at your dogs homeboy. He has no muscle right now because he is barley one, and just got off a month of couch rest for a pad split, which you know nothing about because you dont do squat with your dogs and just sit online flapping your gums.
I dont need him to pull me to work him out, shows how little you know about exercising.
About the bone crap, he is fed prey model raw mostly and eats raw bones every day, his jaw doesnt have to be as big as you AmBully cur dogs to prove its strong ;)
Versaturd I called you names before they even knew about your unintelligent ass, back when you tried to act like you knew shit from a hole in the ground on PBC running your piss poor dogs with muzzles on and shit, I will take no information from you because you dont even know the basics of working out a dog, please leave my post now, thank you for your opinions! :)

Looks to be 50seconds to me.. also where is that lat line I wont achieve with my walking and running on your dog? I know what he has in him, you act like its something special and brag about it.

    Hey Pooks,
He's got some crazy ears. I like that you left them and didn't trim them up. BTW, if jackamo as you would write "Versaturd" couldn't recognize that your pooch is a pup then he's just about as sharp as a spoon and you shouldn't allow him to get under your collar.

i know there is a reason for everything he has in him. it is only 50 seconds. it was his fifth time i came back to him in thirty minutes (every five-six minutes). maximum stress. this is second week i've had the trotter. i don't want any more trouble. i just posted because you said i couldn't condition.

Lol yes he has a serious set of bat ears on him, I wanted to crop but figured unless he was being shown in conformation it was a waste of money on a mutt dog. He would have looked nice, but I like his floppy ones. People love to come up because he looks less "mean" and meet him and ask questions about Pit Bull typed dogs. I think its a plus for him to help the bully breed dogs.
Oh I know, he talks a big bad game  but doesnt ruffle me, my dog speaks and will speak for himself and his do the same :)

Sure it was, I dont see you checking him 5 times over 30minutes or whatever, so he could have been on for 75 seconds for all I know, doesnt matter to me, your dog isnt to fat but not conditioned at all in my eyes. Looks like a house dog running a mill.
Maximum stress? Do you have tourettes and just type out random shit that makes no sense? Or is that supposed to mean something? Maximum stress and all that jazz you speak of sounds like stupid to me.
I didnt say you COULDNT condition, you COULD if you want to, I said you dont know how and dont do so, never said you couldnt, you can and should try it sometimes, but only after listening to the people on here who know how to do it properly ;)

maximum stress is a technique that calls for your dog to dig into its energy reserves. how and why would i use a cell phone to make a 30 minute video. the last two are all i care about.

    pookie! Top Dog

Oh wow AWESOME!................. black screen

You just make shit up huh? Lol

If you had a decent phone, or better yet an actual camera you could prove this 30minute little run and I might believe you.. but you cant and didnt at all and that doesnt show me anything about how your dog is "conditioned" or whatever. You never prove your great feats done by your dog, ever.. Dont say your dog ran for 30minutes if you cant prove it, not like running for 30minutes is even that long of a run.

Anyway, been fun chatting with you, but please unless you gain some serious knowledge about the subject, please stop posting on my picture thread okay? I mean, my dog is just so weak and lacks any kind of muscle at all and I think you great knowledge should be spent on those big bad game dogs you have, okay? Devote your time to them and let me do me.

Okay here is a body shot from today. He has slimmed off some of his "fat" on his sides and I can see a faint hint of ribs :) We did 3miles today and almost got into a fight with a Staffy Bull that jumped its fence after being egged on by some bastard kid.

His feet are getting nice and tough! Not soft anymore at all and he is ready to go go go!

One from today after our walk/run. His feet are doing so much better and he is losing the fat he had on his ribs. Still feeding the same amount of kibble/raw.

I did a side by side because I thought it was cool and showed how he dropped off the extra fat, now he should start putting on some lean muscle!

Thank you :) Means a lot coming from someone on GD :)

he is great for a blue mutt and does everything I ask and then some, he really enjoys working as well and I cant wait to see what he looks like when we get done (if we ever are truly "done")
