Going to get one more shot at that younger crowd (and the older crowd as well).

In cancelling a phone and changing providers I called the local office. This young guy answers the phone and I asked about what I needed to do and to verify the 18th was my last day of billing. He said, "You will need Customer Service for that".

I said that is what I called for is to receive some Customer Service on the last day I am an actual customer. Dead silence on the phone. I then asked does your local store not provide customer service? Is it true that customer service is no longer important to your business? Again, dead silence. I then asked is there a 1-800 # I can call for Customer Service. He then sprang into action because giving out a phone number is as close to customer service as one could expect.
