Work rant....

Short work rant..... I work at a SUPER progressive company. Like come the first I'll have 12 emails a day about how "inclusive" the company is and how black history month is the most important month of the year(mind you the celebrate no other races "history month") with faggot pride month a close second....

Any way.... 3rd shift, no big bosses are in, low on clean laundry I wore a "street shirt" to work instead of a company shirt(not against the dress code at all).... the attached picture is what the front of my shirt said. I literally was dragged into the office and berated for wearing this shirt to work. Mind you I've seen MULTIPLE blm, "my skin isn't a crime", and even "Free Larry Hoover" and "gangsta days" Ganster Disciples shirt all over the plant.... I was told my shirt was "hate speech" and offensive to "M.A.P" I asked wtf a map was. Evidently it's a "minor attracted persons". I said oh a fucking pedophile? And got myself in more shit.... They told me next Monday I'll know the out come(today starts my week off on rotation)....

What the fuck has happened to people when saying a baby raper should be murdered is hate speech?????

Sorry I just had to vent a bit and this crowd seems like who would agree.

If they put down dogs for hurting a kid why do these sick fucks get to live, get integrated back in our communities, and then protected??????

I was told my "Support Your Local Whiteboy" and "Porch Honkey" t-shirts were offensive. I asked "to who?!" I live in a little backwoods town and worked in a plant that was entirely white. And neither shirt mentioned any race other than white... I don't get this soft ass society we have today. We are lectured on toxic masculinity by the least masculine generation society has ever known. Imagine a world where people advocate for the protection of child molesters, a fkn diaper sniper is more protected than the children they prey upon. With each passing day, I want to withdraw from society more and more.

 

Luckily for me where I am I haven't saw any of this . I see it on the news and shit but it's a different world here . I guess it has to be because the only way you make it here is to bust ass.i told someone about 5 yrs ago it would come a time when pedophiles would be protected .

 

It really all started when they started talking bout dam cross dresser using the dam Ladies restroom .I mean it's just common sense it was a way for pedophiles to become.normal.

I lived in the US for 7 years and stay in touch with friends there, travel frequently and do business there, and it’s palpable that the majority of the sociecty is right thinking (mostly silent) and fed up of liberals weaponising and using race and other minority groups as a rallying tool to drive their elitist agenda…

Have everyone busy arguing amongst themselves so much that everyone feels they gotta pick a side. Then have shit slipped in while everyone’s busy arguing perhaps? I mean we all know a cashless society is coming. On top of that most likely gonna be some bullshit to control us even more so under the banner of global warming. I mean I’m all for not fucking up the planet but most these cunts preaching it are flying around in private jets.

I get sick of hearing about the “silent majority”. Why be silent if your a majority? Anything I believe or feel I can happily back up with reasons for doing so n confident to debate my point of view. I wouldn’t work for such a company to begin with let alone be getting the sack. Much like I won’t spend my money with such companies. Dunno what the agenda is exactly but don’t even feel any party here in the uk is going to make a difference. They’re all the same. Like I say I’ll never be quiet on my views.

 

I saw a tiktok where a broad was bitching about it being her 2nd week in a row working 40 hours. It's mind blowing. I average 60 hours a week. I also keep a handful of shit eater, all the house chores, cooking, shopping AND maintain somewhat of a social life. I don't know what I'd do if I only worked 40 hours a week.

 

We doing better than China and Russia so all hope ain't lost lol

 

I average around 50 hours a week, not counting my side hustle. I also do all cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc. I wouldn't have it any other way.

 

I tell you where I see it around here . Ride by any fast food joint at any time of the day and its packed.

I used to do that. Worked 2 full time jobs for 7 years and I held at least 2 jobs down at a time for about 15 of my 27 or 28 years of working. All it did was make other people rich while I stayed the broke and tired lower working class. Fuck all that. Work 60+ hours a week for uncle Sam to take damn near a 3rd of your money he didn't work for. I got headhunted like 2 years ago by my current boss. A well known eye surgeon that can pump out 26 cataract surgeries in just over 4 hours. (For an idea what that means, our facility fee is about 10k. That's just to get in our doors). We move em through here like cattle. Right eye today means the left in 2 weeks and most everyone will get them in their life time so that is definitely job security.

Anyway, these days I only work 4 days a week. Bring home more than when I was working 5 days at the other place I worked at because 1. he pays me more to do far less and 2. Less hours worked means less taxes taken. I really only do around 3 hours of actual real work a week. The surgeon I work for only does surgery 2 days a week. My job is assisting him while in surgery so if he isn't in the OR, I don't have much to do. I have a ton of downtime. I've learned to love it and use it to better myself. Started some side hustles to fill up my time.

I wish I had a rant to share. Lol my biggest issue from day to day though is simply keeping busy enough so I don't fall asleep at work. Lol.

I can't beat no weekends, no holidays, no on call and every weekend being a 3 day weekend all while making more money with better benefits than I did when I worked for one of the largest Healthcare systems on the east coast. I've been pampered for the last 2 years lol.

 

I might upset a few people here lol. When it comes to those working a lot of hours. I tend to have more sympathy for those people. I don’t get the programming to feel pride in working more hours? Not a dig at anyone but just how I feel. Look if your telling me you got some plan to get into a position to be able to cut back n live good. Then I get it. Or if your building your own business n something you can leave your kids, I get it. A lot of people I know who work more hours aren’t living much better than those working less. More we earn the more we spend for the majority of people in my experience.

If I was working 60 hours a week I would be asking what am I really getting out of it. I feel the sense of pride people have for working long hours or really hard is just programming. Bit like the concept of go to school, then get a good job. Mind you these days even those working so called good jobs seem to moan about the cost of living. As AI becomes better imo they’ll push prices of stuff up more n more until the worlds grateful for universal basic income in the cashless society.

 

Just wanted to add, I also don’t respect any of these antifa blue hair type cunts moaning they have to work. The world don’t owe anyone shit. If you wanna change your situation it’s down to you to make it happem
