I had an interest and began to research that interest... I have raised apbt in the past however only for my own companionship, not for competition etc.. Never even knowing tht a bloodlines would cause so much drama.. And for the record all breeds are created by mixing different qualities from different breeds until u get what u want... So in that case all "purebred". Dogs are descendants of mutts. Not being sarcastic it's just true.

Thanks everybody for all of your advice and links ... I have learned alot and I think I have a better idea of what I want. I think I'm gonna stick to the Colby / Eli Mccoy line. I had great success with my last dog he was an amazing guard for my home ( and the next door neighbor) I really wanna try it again

i have and have had watchdog and soria dogs. i also have had RE dog but the watchdog and and soria dogs were much better suited for guarding the house or territorial. but even better are american bulldogs and mastiffs for guarding the house. RE is a fad and all the other gottiline dogs. in my opinion they were all looks with a little function on the side. good luck though!
