please read below and tell me that you where not referring to General Maximus the dog in the pedigree that i posted as in your words a "skull crusher" dog being that he is a inbred son of skull. you did not say his name in your post but you posted on a thread involving him and stereo typed all inbred skull dogs (which he is) as Skull Crusher dogs....

here is the first thread posted on this breeding

I am referring to the inbred line off skull. skull-skullcrusher- etc.

If you like skull, I would think that you would give the line a whirl. Some say they are hot, some say they are not. I simply have never fed one to know.
However, I personally like the bottom of that ped, starting about the 4th gen better, I have one inbred tight off Nigerino and would feed a yard of them.
I personally know of two skull crusher dogs that are hot, but I know a guy who's yard had the line of chinaman, kept straight, and skull, kept straight, and asfter a time, he sold all the skull dogs, and is now dealing predominantly w/ chinaman/Frisco

"please read below and tell me that you where not referring to General Maximus the dog in the pedigree "

I was not referring to the dog GM.

    I said clearly that
    1. "If you like skull, I simply have never fed one to know(good or bad)."
    2. "I personally know of two skull crusher(nothing about gm, just a statement of the skull crusher dogs) dogs that are hot,but I know a guy who's yard had the line of skull, kept straight, and asfter a time, he sold all the skull dogs."

I see no where that I even insinuated your dog, but if you want to think I did, let me know so I CAN do like you said, and say something out my rearend about the dog, which I know nothing about, so that you can be correct.

    As far as this statement,
"as far as skull dogs go purplepig seems to be a greenhorn that comes on acting like as if he has the answer for it all. As when he called General Maximus a "Skull Crusher" dog because he is an inbred son of skull."
First off, I stated my point above, secondly, you had better bet I learn more everyday of my life. And the older I get, and the more I experience life, the more I know that I dont know near about what I have "thought" I knew.
What did I say that promted you to write this about me?

are you referring to dogs you've seen off skull crusher?

....or was the statement made that inbred or double bred skull dogs are nicknamed/considered/called "skullcrushers"?

I know his topic is old but I personally had jesse james. He passed away on my yard . I also had gener maximus on my yard years ago at the same time. I owned dogs off both animals. Jesse was an not only a better bulldog but produced better bulldogs as well.does anyone still have any of this blood? If so please contact me. Thanks
