Yeah brisket is a tricky piece of meat to cook. It is a tough cut of meat to begin with so you need to know how to smoke it and get it nice and tender. I use nice wood which gives it good flavor and I like to let it smoke real slow and it just keep those juices in there and the brisket when it is done you can break it with a fork.

My shoulders turn out good as well, I start out with about a 16 pound pork shoulder and when I get done with it it weighs about 9 pounds and just falls apart it is so juicy and tender.

Oh absolutely, I usually average about a gallon and a half of milk each day. I drink about a half gallon or a little more with each meal and I always drink milk with my snacks.

Ox Tail is really worth the price though, You will really enjoy it.

I wouldn't know how to eat an ox tail haha I am use to steaks and bbq chicken but there are a few dishes from my Filipino side like dinuguan that consist of blood and meat the meat is typically the stomach, intestines, ears and snout of a pig simmered with vinegar garlic or chili. I like it that's probably the weirdest strange dishes I will eat as of now :p
