My name is Colbey Moak. I live in Brookhaven Ms. I am a little new to the breed. I have two pitbulls Deuce and Sophie. Deuce is a year old, he is old family red nose x rascal, he is black and white. Sophie is 5 months old, she is boudreaux (probably mispelled), gator, and red nose. She is brown and white with a red nose. I am wondering two things. One is anyone on here from the southern US like LA GA Al MS. Two can anyone tell me about the bloodlines of my dogs. Especially the Rascal in Deuce. He is about 18 inches tall if that. He is the same height as my 5 month old female. He ways 45 lbs though.

    Welcome,

Do you happen to have a pedigree?

With out that we can't tell you much past nice looking dogs, Height weight and color doesn't tell us anything as far as how the dogs are bred.

I don't they were both from registered parents but I never got back to get their papers. He came from a bad situation no hair when I got him because of demodex and she was free so they were not offered. Thanks for the compliment on them though I take great pride in and care of my dogs.

Well unfortunately we won't be able to tell you the bloodline of them.

But they sure are nice looking dogs, And it shows how much pride you take in caring for them.

Good luck with them, and you did a nice job caring for the Demodex. If your happy with the information you have on the dogs that's all that matters. If more is needed go back to the ones you got them from and inquire, the research is fun, and it will not change the dogs one bit.

Like I've had some people tell me my dog is so short cause of the rascal line and the boxy head is the red nose in him but I dunno

Well I can tell you this much, There is no line called red nose. That is a rank amateur that says that, Same with blue nose and things of that nature.
