Anybody into Banshees?

Ive been off the forum for a lil bit but im back. Ive got a couple atv projects going on now. One of which is a yamaha banshee. Just seeing if anyone else on here is into riding quads. Post a picture of the machine or something.

how i would love to have me an ole banshee i miss mine had one when i was younger probably around 14-17 i'll just say i didn't need anything that fast and that badass at that age HAHAHA but what i really want to get my hands on is an ATC 250r a banshee killer lol i love those damn things i had one when i was about 22 had it for a few months and got an offer i could not turn down and its gone now but boy i would love to have another

I was on Craigslist a while back and some guy had (3) 87 250R Kawasaki Tecate three wheelers. Pretty rare and bad ass. Sounds like youre in need of another!

 

I like to ride just for fun but not really into it

 

i tell ya what i would love to have another and im a lot more responsible now days so i think i could own one and not kill myself i watch alot of videos on youtube of the new creations and rebuilds of the older 250r's and banshees and such nothing like those old 2 strokes

 

Its expensive and timely just like dogs but my dogs come first.

 

Aint kiddin! I got a fuel injected 450r 4 stroker i love but its wifeys now and im stickin with easy, dependable 2 stroke.

 

Banshee's fly . Love em. Gotta be one of the fastest. Have you ever rode a raptor? My buddy had one, thing would pull wheelies foing bout 70 mph. Scared the shit out of me!!
Anyone rode one of those new kawasaki quads?
We have some Bayou quads for the boys to ride at papas house. They love em.
also have a klr 250 on off road bike....sittin in garage cam chain tensioner keeps going and the intake cam has been replaced..seems to be going that route again..bad oil system?
Also want to get a 2 stroke, cause they really rip it up.

 

oh yall bangs with the quads thats cool.I love banshees.The yamaha yfz 450 is a good one.not as fast on the take off(there aint many that r)) but that 3rd gear is a beast.Remember the suzuki 500 quad racer that thing was a beast.We used to meet up at the plat in philly and they b racing for bread,bragging rites ,bikes whatever.A dude used to come from jersy with a 500 quad racer with some work and he was fast as shit

 

Shit during the geek weekend back in the day the boys used to be like 20-30 deep on quads (mostly banshees and a few dirt bikes)on the high way.Good times. although getting chased by the cops was crazy sometimes

 

The only ATV Faster than a Banshee stock or with just new pipes is a 250r either and ATC or the quad but i tell u these drag banshees are amazing but i still gotta have me an ATC 250r nothing like em

Have a yamaha yfz450. It's fast as hell and I love it. Also got a Honda trx400 which was my first quad.

 

yall do that to lol but down south we run on the street with 44mm carbs an stuff

 

I have a Honda trx450r 2007 and a can-am outlander 800 2011 .T hey both are pretty fast form sure.As I get older though I am more into trail riding and 4x4ing, than ripping it in the pits lol.

 

Hell bud i like to do both myself some days a mans just in the mood to relax and go on them long trail rides and mudding rather than going wide open on a 2 stroke all day

 

Yahhh glad to see some fellow enthusiasts! Yahh quadracer 500s are BEASTLY! I love me a twin banshee though 4 mil crank.. ohhh mannn see ya! I got a 2001 banshee, 02 blaster (beat but works), 2008 KFX450R and a 97 banshee project right now, wanna come ride?!? haha

I like the rides, live near Pismo Beach DUNES BABY its where it at LOL....I have 2004 Yamaha Raptor 660 I am looking into trading it for a -2011-12 Yeti 575 or a Titus FTM or Racer X mountain bike. THATS RIGHT!! My QUAD for a MOUNTAIN BIKE.. Reason for this is I ride my bicycle at least three times a week, I ride my quad once every four months IF THAT!! LOL..... my friend has a banshee and man he is SMOKIN us FOOLS with the 660 raptors, bikes are SUPER FAST they sound like a weed-wacker on steroids LMAO...
