Skin Infection

Discussion in 'Health & Nutrition' started by N2DAMAELSTROM, Apr 17, 2013.

  1. What are the primary causes of skin infections in our dogs? My dog has a skin infection on his belly according to our vet, just wanting to know what could have possibly caused it. A friend of mine has said that pitbulls are prone to this type of infection/rash, any thoughts?

I usually use some hydrocortisone cream and it clears it up

Mine had a rash on her belly that looked almost like staph. Been feeding her raw chicken for not quite two weeks and its already clearing up. YMMV....
