    Loose lips sink ships.

In most cases informants provide the nail in coffin. But many have armed prosecutors by running their mouths and incriminating themselves.

Reasonableness and intent don't need to be argued if they have eye witness, audio and video of someone incriminating themselves.

Most times people get on the radar for things other then dogs. But cases are built over time. Often times the smoking gun is the accused own words or actions being presented as evidence.

And thats exactly what police and a Jury of your peers use in order to see if a charge will stick "A reasonable test" THIS IA A REAL TEST IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
You will be held accountable in America for all your actions that come to light that are deemed not reasonable. That again I quote if you choose to fight charges it will be a JURY of your peers who again will
use reasonableness to judge you and the law that you were accused of.
All this could be avoided if you tighten up your circle and accept that the law is just that THE LAW. You only break the law or are accused of breaking the law WHEN YOU ARE CAUGHT. If you DONT GET CAUGHT then you haven't broken any laws.

    to grow up.

I think the fact they can feel someone can make a decision to risk their life for this country but not too drink alcohol is sad. I mean you can trust someone to defend the country but not responsibly consume alcohol, I find that troubling

Not a lawyer I personally know enough to get myself in trouble. So I won't argue about textualism, plain meaning, statutory interpretation of legal words.. But one thing that has been said that I agree with is Keep you circle small and mouth shut...

I've just learned to ignore him anymore. He says stuff like that just because he knows most of us disagree and wants us to comment. Seems like a baiter to me.

Really? You think attending a match is a GOOD idea when people are going to prison for it just about every week?

its never going to stop. what needs to be stopped is bringing in folks that have nothing to lose.

So why are you on gamedog? If these dogs could continue to thrive without matches I'd probably concur with you, but imo without matches these dogs become obsolete. Not saying they don't excel at other sports but it is what they were originally bred for, and depriving the dogs of that is a huge injustice for me

I'm surprised to see only one person really bring this point up. If the cops never showed up for the drug raid, they would've never suspected him for anything. Probably would've barely reacted to the witness testimony...
