Now if you can recreate that old treadmill from corvino,,,
in your avatar in a new smaller more modern build with inline wheels,,,
I like the contours in the frame and old school metal working and tube bending is becoming a lost art,,,
I would like a bit of rust and patina on it for that old original feeling with some new aesthetics for perfromance...

A bit like this here would sure have me drooling...

How much for one with inline wheels and a device to tell me the distance the dog goes? Also do you have any used ones for sale?

Do you want aluminum main wheels & hubs or steel? 1500 for steel and 1650 for aluminum. Add 50 for the odometer, nothing used for sale but if I hear of something I will let you know.

That's something I have thought about doing. Make it out of aluminum frame so it's light weight. The one I have is easy 350lbs, no fun to move around. Maybe the oak belt was a little overkill but I love the grain in that hardwood.

Yeah,,, I would leave it in as natural condition as possible,,, very cool...
What would you expect from the last blacksmith in chicago,,, very cool piece of functional history you have,,,
your pops(mr.sykes) shared alot about corvinos life and mr.robertosilva shared this small exert with me you might have already seen but others may have not,,, corvino was truly ahead of his time and and you and your brothers efforts of preserving it dont go unnoticed,,, corvinos turntable would be the icing on the cake,,, not only great piece of americana and bulldog history,,, but also both blacksmith and chicago history as well...

A friend has an old Corvino mill, roller chain, but that's how I built mine round and square tubing but I was A welder, blacksmith, and machinist. Time consuming !

I ended up going with "welder" mill. Was roughly half the price but didnt have all the fancy stuff. The fancy stuff is for us not the dog anyway.
