why is it illegal to hunt with dogs that are not pedigreed....?

 

Hunting with dogs not hunting breeds are considered poaching. Mix dog is not even considered the breed.

 

You do not even have the right to hunt with Patterdale, because it is not recognized FCI. Bureaucracy.

It is country rules. The rules say - Hunting with hunting dogs, but not listed breed. Lists of breeds we can see in Canine Russian Federation's (part of FCI) classification or Russian society of hunters and fishermen's (it is also engaged in hunting dog breeding) classification. We have some breeds are not recognized in FCI, but recognized in Canine Russian Federation. For example russian hound and russian piebald hound.

 

There was dog by name Carrie Long, who has stayed in a hole 4 days. I.e. she has strangled an animal, but couldn't throw him.
