Show a picture of its bite holding gums up. I would like to see how bad it is. Maybe its not to bad.

It could be that her permanent teeth haven't come out yet (so the milk teeth are looking a bit wonky) or it may be that the dog doesn't have an overlapping/scissor bite. Either way there isn't much to do. It doesn't look too bad though and I'm sure it won't affect the pup a lot, if any at all!

Extensive, expensive dental reconstruction surgery. Is it that important? I've had dogs with parrot jaw that could bite shit in 2. Unless your showing the dog in conformation, and even then I think the mouth is only 5 points, why worry about it. If he can chew it's kibble he'll be alright lol.

Ya that's a fair amount of under bite if you ask me. And I am sorry to say but the dog is already at the age where the bite won't change very much at all if any. But as long as the jaw closes enough that the dog can chew properly and function properly I would not worry about it one bit. That's not the first pit bulldog to have a under bite and it won't be the last. Good looking dog by the way.
