Getting rid of unwanted puppies, bitch's health

... unwanted pregnancy dog came trough gate while I wasn't home... bullshit! I have few questions:
1. When to get rid of puppies, just after birth or few moments before they can see?
2. Will her ''tits'' reduce by the time, do I need to give her medicine to reduce?
3. Will it be hormon problems with bitch if puppies don't nurse/suckle?
4. What time period does it take to reduce milk from body?
5. What would you do in my case?

Usefull info:
I have no one to give those puppies.
I found out for pregnancy too late, I taught that her is just too fat cuz lack of activity... Vet told me that best for her is to give birth. I was wintering, she was home alone, uncle was feeding her.
It's her 1st pregnancy, 2nd menstruation, amlost 2y old.

Get rid of the pups right after birth?, you gonna drown them or what?
Kind of harsh thing to do getting rid of pups which are born due yours screwed up in the 1st place.
Don't worry about tits, camphor spirit 3 times a day on it and they will shrink.
In 2 weeks or so her tits will be reduced to their own self.
Mental problems it can give as she will miss her pups.
I should keep the pups till old enough to go to a new owner, and place an ad in the supermarket and the local free newspaper to sale the pups to good homes for a fair price.
Another advice neuter your female after this all.

 

I want to add this...................Since you messed up, the LEAST you can do is to make sure the puppies go to responsible owners. IF you can't manage that correctly, then maybe you should have the vet do a spay/abort.

It was too late for abortion. There was only 1 way to abort.. to sterilize dog with all pups inside...

 

Here's what I would do, and have had to do, (thankfully only once).

Proceed exactly as if it was a wanted pregnancy. After weaning, destroy the puppies humanely.

Best course of action for your bitch. Best course of action for our breed.
