NY Strip Steak on the grill tonight with Potatoes O'Brian.



Made some Chocolate Chip cookies and some Macadamia Nut with Peanut/Peanut butter/regular M&M cookies for after.

 

Grilled Smith Hot dogs with Greek sauce. French fries and corn on the cob tonight.



Blowing through some White Runtz.

 

Fired up the smoker at 6 a.m. this morning and got a Boston Butt on for the ladies.

 

Had cooked up some N.Y. strips as well for Mothers day with this for dessert...

 

Chick fil A on deck today out if laziness.



Got some GG#4



And some Peach Cobbler

 

Went fishing tonight and caught a pretty good late night dinner. Caught my first Walleye in 20 years. 24.5" of deliciousness.
With a side of corn on the cob..





The top 2 little pieces with the scale still on are the cheek muscles. It's the best part of an already great tasting fish. Cheeks taste like scallops.

If your ever in the 814, this place is a must stop to eat. Been a fixture of Presque Isle since before I was born.

Sarah's been here for like 50 or so years now. Food is pretty good. I Drove over on my lunch break and had a grilled chicken sandwich and some fries. Hit the spot perfectly.



My view while I eat. I've pulled many a Smallmouth, Largemouth, Northern Pike, Crappie, Perch, Bowfin, Bluegills, Crappie, Sunnies and more gobies than I care to count out this part of the Bay. It's a breeding hot bed in the early to mid spring time.
