We're talking about color genetics in dogs man, you're argument is only getting worse. Like I said that's how genetics work research it or breed it yourself. My mouse breeding program only took a few months and recessive to recessive always made that trait dominant in the litter. We also bred red red nose pits together and never got a black nose or any color other than the variations you get in red nose dogs.

you really need to pick up a book on basic genetics.

May 4 is the OFRNR show. I'll be there as expected. I'm trying to get Rod Dewey aka Jessie Boggs to judge. He was behind the Turtle Buster dog Roxy R.O.M. and was the breeder of Ch. Red Dog.
I'm thinking of having a get together the night before and have some dinner and BS with people.
If enough are interested then we will do it.

Chicago shows have been around for many years no matter who the registry is. I judged Fox Valley back in 95 or 96 with Dick Stratton, he judge Sunday.
Man you should been around back when it was off exit 308 and we all use to hang at the Knights Inn Lounge. Wow that went on for years.
I'm sure it all will come back. Hell I like to go just to meet and catch up with new and old friends. Maybe next year Redgoodbye will get off his ass ride shot gun. LOL

I'm more North and out of your way. Thanks for the offer.
But I do believe it is more fun when you can get people to be there. Whether they ride with you or not.

  10. Panama fly was a full brindle dog with a dancers build lean light and nimble that white face dog definitely ain’t her but on topic long legs or no depends on what’s scratching in 12’ away you don’t want to put a highstep’n dog down on a good leg or chest snd throat hunter nor a squat dog on a good head and ear artist I prefer an average dog with the speed to sidestep and the will and strength to go flat out flying off the scratch and knock his opponent down and pin em to the boards that’s why I’m a firm believer in good ole black&white Tudor line dogs but I tell you what fellers good game blood is getting hard to come by since these fashion accessory bully dogs are so prevalent

The ofrn here in America is gone...just a shell of what it once was....the true ofrn were catchweight dogs...heavy heavy boned thick skin..extremely game and durable and highly intelligent...the show dog people have ruined a once great line of bulldogs....now they are timid..shy and spindly legged frail dogs..weighing 35-40lbs.....we just lost one of the last true ofrn dogs coming down from some of Iron Mike's blood...she weighed 70lbs on the chain and passed at age of 14
