    For dinner I tried my first Pink Oyster Mushrooms. I sauted them up with onions and garlic and put it over Top Sirloin and rice vermicelli. Was fire.

    Breaded then soaked in a creamy au-ju sauce and slow cooked with more rice vermicelli on the side but this time with a duck sauce. I like the shit and never bought it before so I'm experimenting. I throughly enjoyed all of it lol.

    Made chicken salad with reddish and celery and put it on a artisian demi baguette with a slice of strawberry creme angel cake on the side. Was good AF.

    Happy Independence Day! Had the typical, burgers, hot dogs, ribs, macaroni salad cook out with my family. Back home with my dogs now and going to finish off my 4th of July with a much needed journey on 2.5 grams of B+ soaked in lemon juice while I walk some dogs. Or attempt to anyway. Lol
