great dog he proved to be a great nimal personally wouldnt match a dog over 6 years old or so.. IMO theres nothing more to prove if he was already a GR CH i saw him looked alot like pig and people said ch tiny tim was hardest who knows

 

Hi guys. First time posting, stumbled here by accident. I'm from way over the pond in Europe.
Sometimes in 1991-1992 i think, there was a dog brought here from the US by the name of Hammond's Little Willy, son of GR CH Melonhead. Didnt really mean anything to me at the time. As i followed my dogs family line surprised to find this thread and that Melonhead is great grandfather of my Boomer.
Those 4 generations down every dog kept the same color along with all 8 pups in Boomer's litter.

Melonhead was witouth a shadow of a doubt one of the best ones of his era. but he ""never"" beat the dog that beat him because T-Bone was bought by a German dogman named Claus he , then showed him into a euro bred dog named Tubbs who was bred bij my good frind BVh Stb
out of STB Dylan x STB baby(out of Bobby x Dirty Mary). T-Bone was top dog for 2 1/2 hours. then Tubbs age 19 months and 1 lbs lighter came on top and beat and quit T-Bone in 3.05 witch at that level of quality is not a imbaresment!!! Melonhead and these dogs where and stil are a great part of history ""for those who know"". I used to have a halve sister of Melonhead out of Parkson x little eve..
