Arkansas BSL?

I lived on one of the busiest streets in Bentonville with forty-two dogs and never had an issue. You'll be safe just about anywhere in northwest Arkansas, Fayetteville included.

Arkansas is laid back and it's hard to find the kind of folks we have here,,,lol,,, barefoot and all,,,lol,,, the bigger cities might have alittle trouble but most place it's fine,,, i've been all over the US on business and the worst place was Cali,,,,people in to big of a hurry,,,mothing like the hills or Arkansas,,,,i've got some kin folks in Calico Rock and they are what you call hill billies,,,lol,,,
but they are here anytime i need them which is one thing i can say about them,,,

 

You know how I know that the tooth brush was invented in Arkansas?

Because if it had been invented anywhere else, it would have been called a teeth brush
