Another great, sired by Bud Reece's TEMBO. I believe Bud lived in the South or Mid South. His pedigree denotes that Earl Tudor said he was the best dog he ever saw, but he in fact, said he was the gamest dog he ever saw. In my book, that equates to about the same, but one should know the correct quote, I think.

I owned JuJu briefly and bred her once. Before I traded her back, she produced me one incredible litter. I was glad to see her go to someone who knew what a great bitch she truly was in every way such as Outsider. As far as Bullet goes, I have always been tickled to death I made that cross to my family of dogs. Bullet and JuJu are still here and their contributions live on.

I was fortunate enough to have seen Ch Tommy. Whale of a dog.

Thanx TDK. Back when I was feeding these animals I was more into the dog instead of the peds. Not to say I didn't care or know how they where bred I just was never into as much as most of my fellow dogmen. Most dogmen probably. Hell I'm kinda more curious about studying the peds now more than ever and I don't even own an dog. Anyway I was a little surprised to see him behind so many known dogs and not be as known himself. At least to me. And I guess I was way off on the area he came from. I assumed partially because 2 of the 3 I owned where from the Detroit area I was told. Thanx again.

I am fond of the Carrs Bullet dog and Rushin Bill seemed to think highly of him also as I heard that Bullet was the best stud he ever owned, not sure If that was Bills opinon or not... The CanAm boys had great success with the Bullet dogs they got from Bill... JuJus grandson Jake was said to an ACE, perfect in everyway!
We love the crosses, as a bulldog with bullit in its pedigree seems to better than witout... The downside is we have noticed a skin condition that pops up every so often that we've only noticed with these Bullit crosses... Damned if we do or if we dont??? Anyone else notice an skin conditions with this cross???

I thought it might be isolated to the T-Stone crosses with heavy Tombstone but have also noticed in two sisters whom have no T-Stone...

I flew out to Bud Reeces house in Pueblo, Colorado. I bought four dogs from him out of Tembo. Alvin the dog was one of them. He was out of a half Amstaff female and Tembo. He could fight and bite and was game and became famous. The other three quit. I saw four or five more quit and also saw some good ones. Tembo Jr. acted like a curr when I rolled him. He was a rough dog but Bennett Clayton fought into him and he quit in about 40 minutes. Bud sent him to me to fight. I tested him and thought he was quiting. I felt he would. I told Bud to come get him. He didn't do what I ask and he had David Eubanks come get him. David won a couple of fights with him but then he quit against Bennett. I do not believe he won three fights like is posted all over the place. Gary Jones had a good one out of Tembo if I remember correctly. Tembo was a fairly good producer but lots of them quit to. I do not consider him a great producer. Alvin's pups produced a high percentage of good dogs but due to the Amstaff. I didn't breed him as often as I should. Alvin died of Cancer before most of his offsprings were old enough to test. If I knew what I know now. I would have a yard full of his offsprings.

Thanks for the read Randy... Didnt know Bud Reece lived in Pueblo...
Word is some solid staffs were coming out of pueblo after Tembo and Alvin the Dogs time, a young man got one from a GI that said he got it from a man in pueblo...
That staff was rolled agianst the famous Irish Toms Justice and took him to school as well as a host of others, some present said the dog might have been something if the young man was more bulldog savy and not a young punk... well that dog was that young punks best he ever had and after twenty five years of bulldogin, the oman hasnt even seen a bulldog of that caliber and now hes just an old punk...
