    Drivin As we speek, lookin to get in around 6-7 tonight...anyone know the physical address to the fairfrounds?

    I just got off the phone with Ms Carpenter. She said that the address is not right. GPS will take you some where else. She gave me directions.

    Exit 22 Livingston off I 12
    Take a right. Go North till it the road dead ends. Take a right and the fairgrounds are a mile down the road.

    Man the show turn out nice. I saw a lot of old friends that I haven't seen since before Hurricane Katrina. Seeing them really brought back old times.

    I took a 1st (4th show), and 2nd (3rd show) with my Jacob male (4-6 month males)

    and with Edward (4-6 month males) a 1st in the 1st show, and a 3rd in the 4th show!

    Had a blast, got a sunburn and LOVED it!!

    My female pup took a 1st, 2nd & 1st.
    My champion bitch took a 2nd
    My champion male got skunked but did get some hard looks by 2 of the judges... he's still a baby (13 months) and hopefully he'll keep maturing as the year goes by...

    My buddy who rode with me took a Best Puppy trophy and some other ribbons (1st, 1st and 3rd)

  14. that was a nice set up. Hoped you enjoyed coming down here. Although that part of the state isn't like where I'm at.
     
  15. Thanks! She's our baby, I love our truck, she's been thru hell and back, a real work horse. I lov the LA show, the hospitality is beyond par, the clubs do such a great job, they are a tru class act! :dogkiss:
     
  16. Ha I'm glad ya'll enjoyed it. It was my girl's first big pull and she did great I was more than happy with her.

    I was the guy screaming over the mic. all weekend in the conformation holding area. I enjoyed seeing all the dogs. I met some real nice people , and my two girls battled for 1st and 2nd in the 18 to 24 month class, so I would call it a good weekend

    Besides the famous Adobo Chicken made by F & E... that Red Beans & Rice on Sunday was fantastic!!!!! Great show, great fun, great folks.... as usual...

  19. We were there, it was local for us:). We're in the Cajun Country club. Had a BLAST! Our female took 3rd in her class on Saturday in the first showing, and she took 1st in her class on Sunday in the first showing, and our male took 3rd in his class Saturday in the first showing, and he took 1st in his class the first showing on Sunday. Met alot of great folks. Great turnout.:dogtongue:
