coldest winter

personally i cannot wait for this winter!! what activities do u guys do to keep ur dogs in shape for the season?

 

takin mine to the woods for some pork.. the cooler it gets the more they move around in the daytime

 

focus on keepin em warm. its a pain but i crate them all when its gets really cold. sure they would be fine but why take a chance? i know ppl who have had dogs freeze, i would be very angry with myself so i dont risk it. i'll work em when it warms up

 

the wheather here has been drop dead gorgeous... Just waiting for it to get cold cold..... dogs love and so do i.... hit up the wooods and do some hunting soon

 

I hate winter,I get to looking forward to spring before winter ever even starts.

 

im with you gh32, these guys must be in the south.

 

Plenty bedding..... An a little mil work.. should be a smooth winter

Bottom of the map... New Orleans Louisiana... Been clear skies and in the 70's the past 2 and a half weeks.

 

I wished everyday was 65-80 degrees.I noticed the original poster is fro MA,way up north.I'm about at the southern end of Missouri and it's not real cold here compared to some places but it's plenty cold for my tastes.

 

I turn mine into fat sausages in the winter! If I do condition one, they must stay in the house for the entire winter.

of course cold here is highs in the 50's

course, i can't complain too much. we've only ever hit 0 a few times that i can remember. usually it's between 30-50 during the day, 10-20 at night during the colder parts of the winter. i'm sure up north, they laugh at us.

 

yeah i live in Canada and the weaher has been beautiful but today their is frost on the ground....... dun dun duuun

 

My dog loves snow and he was too young last yr to do anything so kinda excited this yr

 

we be lucky if we lucky if we get in the 20's three times during the winter at night... i say bring it on... this of course i know it wont get frigid lmao

 

damn Laurie i didntr know Northern Alabama got that cold

 

i love the winter.. whe go play in the snow if there is snow..
i love it and the dogs 2. whe just trow some snowballs and the dogs catche them...
or whe go on the slee or how it called?? bud the dogs pull it in the snow and the children and me allso :p sitting on it.

well and i like hot choco and speculaas:p:p after playing in the cold whit the dogs haha :p
