19 mile on the pup you was searching for?

    How old is the pup?

You got a pup and within a few days put 19 miles on it?

No warm up period? Hit the ground and got worked?

Just noticed you went from wanting a pup, to wanting a mill, to comparing conditioning on an apbt to a staff, to 19 mile in 3 days(Monday-Wednesday our time) and looking good..... High five you big dog I'm just asking the particulars....

    What’s your point?
    It’s 11 months old
I train in mma and jog the dog with me
What’s the problem with me wanting a slat mill
    Everyone has them
Have I upset you or something?
Any advice would be most welcome
Every time I post on here someone having a go at me
We all started at the beginning lads. Like I said I welcome advice

Just make sure that you are conditioning them pads and giving good rubdowns. Get you some msm or glucosamine.

No need to get defensive. I just asked some questions.

I wouldn't have just gotten any dog and immediately started putting miles on it. I like to put new dogs in the house get to know them, they get to know me. They establish a schedule we hang out on the couch, go on rides into town, basically become joined at the hip before I put any work on them.

As far as the mill if everyone has one get someone to out you use theirs before buying one. Anyone can buy a ferrari but it's pointless if you can't drive.

I would presume sled dogs do that kind of mileage in a harness in a day by one year of age. I say go along with the dog.
