    He went to work for the power company out of high school and retired at 55 yrs old .He lived on a peace of land so sweet he never went on vacation any where .

    Just Lost my mam she was put on a covid ward and was still positive for covid so no doubt it will go down as covid

    I hope its over.

    On a lighter note I hope there have been no lay offs at Pepsi or the makers of Little Debbie snack cakes. I have started just about every day for the last 25 years with a Mountain Dew and a oatmeal cake or a fudge round. And many Dews during the day.

    I never lost my taste or smell from Covid but I did lose my taste for anything sweet. The Mountain Dew and Pepsi now tastes like metal, all sweets are very metallic tasting.

    In turn I have lost just about 35 pounds. A good thing no doubt.

    I would not recommend the Covid virus as a weight loss diet as it was brutal but sometimes there can be a silver lining.

    (except for the layoffs, LOL)

    I lost smell and taste for about a month but it all came back normal .I ate like a horse to ,had a good appetite but I couldn't taste it lol

    We had the most insane mask policy at work. Have to wear one in the parking lot before you even get in the gate. I took 6 days off butting into our typical 5 days off at the end of a rotation. During that time off they lifted the mask mandate.

    I quoted Bama when they told me. "So ww3 starts and more masks?"

    After month I am still a bit slow. Oxygen level is still low. I'm plugging away.

    Luckier than a lot of people so no real complaints.

    I'm eating like a horse as well just no sweets and no soft drinks.

    The path I should have been on years ago but there is just nothing like a cold Mountain Dew. LOL
