i have never met the man but you need to have paperwork b4 you call anyone a snitch however sometimes you get these confedential informants that make annonymous tips or the police/fed protect there snitches they got working for them but ive been rolled on countless times i got paperwork with their john hancock 9 times out of 10.. so from what ive read there is nothing to PROVE tant said anything from what ive read ONLY LIKE I SAID I DONT KNOW THE MAN . the only time its hard to get the 411 on the snitch is when your dealing with drugs but this is dogs even though i hear drugs are involved some wear along the road. for tant to be a snitch id think he would have to of testified in court and i dont think that happen because then they would have the paper work. its more than obvious the man didnt get any deal because they streached his ass out and no one else .. I kind of feel the same way, word of mouth and internet articles are hard to rely on. A discovery from the actual case would easily show what the truth is. Its true that so called confidential informants are protected. One of them is HSUS. All it takes is a telephone call and you won't find out in disclosure. The way you find out is by seeing who said what and how did they know that? I personally have a list of witnesses against us and a recording of one of them. I also have a name that would surprise you on the information for the warrant as a source.That person is still well regarded and making his living off of all of you.I guess he learned the first time he was raided out west that you can't beat this system. No one beleives anything I say, they just say I am jealous or whining or something like that, so I gave up trying to reveal the truth a long time ago. I know who they are. As for Intent laws. You are wrong on one thing, Terry isn't selling books with them, he is advertising through the new SDJ just like anyone else can. The editor of the new SDJ is good people, can't say that about TL though..
