Only time I've been but is by a hot to trot one trying to get at another. I have a pup here that I know for a fact will be one of them as he already is.

I know a man lost his yard because of a pesky kid from down the road.Kid would throw rocks at his dogs and one day a female hit the end of her chain and it broke.Luckily the guys wife was home but it wound up in court and judge made him get rid of every dog he had. This was late 90s

Even acknowledging the possibility of an unprovoked attack when someone alone with their dogs is a positive! Probably never happen, but if it does, then having already considered the options can't do any harm and maybe save a life some day.. I admit becoming obsessive about safety for a while after I got attacked, since it wasn't until later I realised just how bad things could have gone! I kept a fixed blade boning knife close to the dogs spaces and a 1000 litre water storage container we used as a swim tank was kept constantly full of water and doubled as a drowning pool since even if a dog is hanging from your chest, he's finished once you got him in the tank! Extreme measures for extreme situations, a difficult subject for those of us trying to promote Pit bulls in a positive light, but same applies to any dog breed and local kids tormenting them is a huge nightmare and safety concern!

I got a sign that says forget the dog beware of owner. That's bulshit they disrespect the animal the animal reacts and you condemned the animal. That's a croc of shit. As a 40 year old man i would hide in a tree and whip a stone at a decent sized kid or adult for doing stupid shit like that. ALTHOUGH owning a complete badass that you could steal is what I saw and made me fall in love this breed. Wow OLDGUY thats wacked about the swim tank. I'm not sure who said it but Cottingham walked his yard with a f@#!ng gun in the wait. I love Cottingham never knew of this. My new pup is Cottingham on one side. I did the food bowl test and he only growled once in two weeks. He was new. Come to think of it i was out on a walk and over the hill cam a guy with 2 dogs aĺl of a sudden. He blew himself up as big as he could be and did a mean growl walked right past the two dogs and walking up to the guy as if to say I'll teach you to surprise us like that. Guy and his girlfriend thought aww a 9 week old tough guy. I corrected. He was happy to be on our way

Tell you what oldguy the more i think on your attack that dog sounds abit like the litter brother to the one i had .... got told that his owner had to go in his kennel wearing a padded coat as soon as he turned his back on the dog he would attack him ! Reckon he was A real good worker too ?

I'm no expert on Montana x Benji x Boyles blood, but the dogs I saw were intense, high ability, back end wreckers with hard mouth and far from safe around people.. The dog that attacked me was the best male I'd seen in 10 years, totally Devastating! I don't know whether the dog below was the worst manbiter in the history of the UK, but he was certainly the worst in the north.. Evil from the womb to the tomb!

Thanks for that Mr.Revolution, truly appreciate it sir!.. Probably the longest 5 minutes of my life, I passed out afterwards and was deep in shock when I came round again, some might say Karma and not sure I'd disagree with that! I'll be 60 on my next birthday, I weigh 180 pounds, still relatively fit compared to some half my age, but 5 minutes with a dog 4 x lighter than myself and I was beaten to a pulp! Can't help thinking how much we ask of our dogs when we let them go in the woods and how we never be in their fucking league!

When i did that mating with an inbred montana x banjo / boyles mating correct me if i’m wrong mate but i don’t think that cross had been done over here before ? I got asked to do a breeding for a pal and i had an inclination that the montana stuff would click well with the mads stuff been heavily bullyson bred ? don’t think for one second i am taking the credit for them as that goes down to the lads who brought them over etc all i thought was they would click with similar blood both sides and i tried it ...the white bitch out of the litter was said to be a real wrecking machine that the lads who had her asked me to do the breeding again and even offered to name my price for the mother which i turned down ... if and i say if this was the same bitch that was put to a son of montana then as you know they could be behind the one you are on about ??? This also makes me wonder if the man biting has come from multiplying the bullyson blood together although i think it was the boyles blood that was dodgy ??

@ reids skipper... I definitely think you were on to winners when you crossed the Benji and Montana blood mate, the fly in the ointment (from a paper perspective) regarding the ones I saw is we never knew for sure how Peggy was bred? Last time we spoke to UK Gladiatorz, they still claimed she was bred this way..
    http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=197390
I know there's conflicting opinions on Peggy, her breeding and whether she was ever bred to Ben, I don't care to be honest.. I'd be happy stating she was sired by a Pug over a Cockapoo, who gives a fuck? She produced dogs that went on to produce some very good dogs, that's what counts! I believe Benji and Montana produced their best offspring when outcrossed with Reid blood anyway.. The Boyles dogs produced terrible man biters and I think that's the source of the human aggression in the Montana/Benji/Boyles/Reid dogs that got bred later..

I remember kk stating on a forum that the peggy sue mating above never happened mate as she was culled ? ... when i saw that pedigree later after the one i did i thought theyve done the same as me but opposite so to speak with inbred benji on a son of montana where i did inbred montana on a benji dog ....

Skipper.. All I see when I look at the Paul's Benji thread is conflicting opinions and no way of ever finding the truth! You think Peggy was bred by you and that's fine! UK Gladiatorz have Peggy bred another way and that's ok too!. The UK bulldog pundits state Peggy's dam (alleged) was never bred, 'BUT THEY'RE JUST OPINIONS' same as everyone else! Fact is nobody can prove how Peggy was bred! If Sprayman sold UK Glladiatorz a Benji/Boyles bitch that you bred, well he ain't saying and that's what we must deal with! UK Gladiatorz Peggy = PEDIGREE UNKNOWN!
I could confuse the situation even further with ANOTHER Peggy pedigree that's different again from the previous two
    http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=374780
Who's to say that's not the female who got bred to Ben? People so blinded by one pedigree, they fail to notice the others! Put any pedigree on Peggy you like, but it can only be validated by opinion 'NOT FACT!'

This dogs are known for their sharpness when they are tight bred. Like AGK say, young kids can make movements that are very triggering to a dogs prey drive. Do everything to socialize them, learn the kids how to go alone with this dogs. Always be with your kid !! After all this ! If the dog is still man Agressieve , cull this dog.
Some familly and bloodlines are know for this. Do your homework good before you start something. Any dog who is maneater need to be culled

Agree with your post except one point, know for their sharpness when tight bred. Had my own small family of tight bred dogs long ago, one of the things I admired was a people friendly character, they exellenced in that part as well. IMO it is the folks who Dont know and Saw the sire or dam gr.sire and gr.dam and so on and cross their dogs often into family of dogs they dont know, their background manners looks how they act towards man or beast. An outcross or a scatterbred with ancestors unseen/unknow is more risk IMO. Don Mayfield RIP told me once a manbiter is worth 25 cents of lead, words of wisdom.

I talked about his alligator dogs. That familly is known for their sharpness. I didnt talk in general thats why i did reply on Jacob and limey dog story. In past i had many tightbred dogs on familly they were very frendly too. Also i had many scatterbred , outcross, battle cross dogs who wete frendly. Never had here man agressieve dog. I just reacted on LK dogs because this dogs are known for their sharpness and when u make tightbred on that familly u can expect man agressief dogs .
Saying this i build on famillys not on the bloodlines. Yes you have also famillys in the bloodline you like. Before i start something i already did my homework. I build on the dog out a familly off a bloodline i like. I dont go blind on a bloodline and the dog just because i like the blood line. I must admire the Every aspect

I have nothing against tight breeding. In past from time to time. I used that techniek too. But 100% not with a sharp dogs familly. All my dogs were very frendly and easy going dogs.
